My coaching journey began with an obsession for true crime documentaries (I know, stay with me…), which turned into a fascination with the human mind and what drives our choices especially in moments of stress, change or conflict. That curiosity led me to become a qualified mediator and coach.
I bring together practical tools, compassionate challenge, and sharp insight to help you move through self-doubt, people-pleasing, and overthinking… into clear, calm confidence.

I’ve coached, mentored, and mediated my way through boardrooms, back-to-back meetings, and big life moments. I’ve worked with women in leadership, in business, and in transition, helping them navigate the kind of conversations that keep them awake at night.
The ones that stir up self-doubt.
The ones you replay 27 times after.
The ones that matter.
I’m not here to sell scripts or promise you’ll never feel fear again.
I’m here to help you speak up anyway, with courage, calm, and a clear path forward.
With a background in law, leadership, and conflict resolution, and real-life experience juggling work, family, grief, menopause, and major life shifts, I know what it’s like to feel the pressure to “hold it together” and keep the peace.
But I also know what happens when you find your voice and use it, with intention.
That’s what this work is about.
Brave conversations.
Real confidence.
Forward momentum.
And I walk the walk. I’ve had to find my own voice after years of navigating personal and professional challenges. From growing up around conflict, to balancing motherhood, leadership, and ambition, to rebuilding my identity in midlife, I know what it’s like to hit a crossroads and not know where to begin.
Outside of coaching, I’m happiest rolling on the mats, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, working my beautiful German Shepherd dogs in the sport of IGP, or failing spectacularly at handstands and inversion during yoga. I’m also a sucker for a long walk, deep conversation, and the occasional Hollyoaks binge (no judgement necessary!).
If you’re ready to have braver conversations, whether with others or within yourself, I’d love to support you.
I created the CALM Method to help you communicate with confidence, even when emotions run high.
Whether you’re setting a boundary, addressing conflict, or having a hard conversation with a loved one, I’ll guide you through it.
When I first reached out to Cheri for support, I was trying to find a new job after being in my current Corporate role for 12 years.
Despite external success, internally I felt like I was constantly second-guessing myself and waiting to be “found out.” I was burnt out, lacking confidence and suffering from imposter syndrome. I didn't think I deserved some of the interviews I was invited to participate in.
Cheri helped me to see that i was qualified for the roles i was applying for, and taught me how to challenge assumptions i had been making about myself
specifically focussing on conversations, Cheri has helped me to be more open to others, taking the time to sit think and question what people are saying in new ways sometimes asking he uncomfortable thing in the best way.
Some of my wins since having my sessions have been a 'new me' going into a new job. Not letting the imposter syndrome win and having faith in myself that I do indeed know what I'm talking about and can add value in this new role. My anxiety in general has improved greatly, one due to being in a better work environment and two due to Cheri's support, coaching and approach to taking time for myself, not feeling bad for saying no when I need time, or am lacking energy for others.
In my marriage I find I ask my husband more open questions about how and why he's approached a situation or conversation with me. I've been better able to question possible assumptions, which can lead to blockers in our communication and relationship.
Cheri also helped me to focus on what is important to me, as someone who provides support to their parents it can be hard to find time to relax and practice good self care. Cheri had me complete an exercise to better determine areas of life that I value the most and how to
plot out goals in those areas for enhancement and improvement by actively challenging my thinking, and getting me to answer and work on some tough questions.
Cheri has pushed me in ways i didn't know possible. sometimes the only thing stopping us is ourselves and our own limiting beliefs.
Cheri's insight, tools, and genuine belief in my potential helped me shift my mindset, own my accomplishments, and show up with authenticity and confidence in challenging environments.
